1. Is smoking/vaping allowed inside the rooms?
Smoking/vaping is not allowed in all rooms. Guests may smoke/vape at the designated smoking area. Any violation will be charged PhP 500.00 per day.
2. Do I have to pay an entrance fee?
Overnight guests do not need to pay an entrance fee, but visitors for the day do.
3. Do kids need to pay the full/adult fee?
Infants and children up to 3 years old can share their companions’ existing bed.
Children 4–10 years old will need to pay PhP 500.00 child fee.
4. How much is the extra charge per adult/child?
Extra Charge
• Adults: PhP 1000.00
• Children 4–10 years old: PhP500.00
• Children under 3 years old: FREE
5. How big and how deep are the swimming pools?
• Kiddie Pool: 50 sqm, 3 ft deep
• Lounge Pool: 360 sqm, 4.5 ft deep
6. What are the pools’ operating hours?
Pools can be used from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
7. What hours can we swim at the beach?
Beach swimming hours are from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
8. What beds are available per type of room?
Single Room — 1 single bed
Deluxe Room — 1 double-size bed and 1 single bed
Family Room — 1 queen-size bed and 1 double-size bed
Big Room — 1 queen-size bed, 1 double-size bed, and 2 single beds
House Rules
Please read and follow these rules for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.
- Strictly no cooking inside the room.
- Visitors of house guests may come inside the room; however, they are not allowed to sleep in the room.
- Damages to resort property and equipment caused by improper use or carelessness will be charged to the guest.
- For safety, valuables should be deposited in the safety box at the front desk. Sunshine Inn Resort Matabungkay cannot assume responsibility for losses inside the room.
- Before leaving the room, kindly turn off the lights and air conditioning.
- Please lock your door before going to sleep to ensure security.
- Pets or any animals are not allowed inside the rooms.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please allow 10 minutes for housekeeping to check your room before you leave.
